Three principles shape how FinanceCounter is built.
You decide what goes into the app: entered by hand, scanned from a receipt or imported from a statement file. FinanceCounter never gets access to your bank account.
No sign-up, no FinanceCounter server for your data. The Android app does not even request internet permission – your finances stay on your device.
Budgets and savings goals, plus receipts, invoices, e-invoices and projects in one place – linked to the transactions they belong to.
FinanceCounter is built so that transactions, receipts and documents never leave your device – unless you export or back them up yourself to a place you choose.
Installation, updates and purchases go through Google Play. The privacy policy explains what data Google processes and which technical components the app contains.
Premium costs €2.99 per month or €24.99 per year. The monthly plan includes a 14-day free trial if Google Play offers it; once a trial or subscription ends, the limited Free version remains.
Purchases and billing are handled by Google Play. Unless you cancel, the 14-day trial converts automatically into the paid monthly subscription. The price, term and conditions shown in the Google Play purchase dialog are binding. You can cancel the subscription in Google Play at any time.

The key answers on privacy, features and Premium.
FinanceCounter is a budgeting and personal finance app for Android. You record income and expenses, plan budgets and savings goals, scan receipts, manage documents and analyse your finances. Your data is stored locally on your device; there is no FinanceCounter account and no bank connection.
No. There is no sign-up and no FinanceCounter account. You install the app from Google Play and get started straight away. Installation, updates and the Premium subscription use your existing Google Play account.
No. Transactions, accounts, budgets, receipts and documents are stored in your device’s private app storage and are not sent to the operator or any FinanceCounter server. Only if you write an export or backup to a location of your choice – such as a cloud folder – does that file end up there.
No. FinanceCounter does not access your bank account, uses no open banking or PSD2 interface and has no bank connection. If you like, you pick a bank statement yourself as a file (Premium); it is analysed locally and only what you confirm is imported.
You photograph the receipt with the camera or pick a PDF, JPEG or PNG file (PDFs up to ten pages). Text recognition with Google ML Kit runs on the device and suggests merchant, total, date and line items. You review and correct the values before anything is saved. Free: 5 scans per month, Premium: unlimited.
